I think the Championship was actually quite strong last season and as an example at this point last season we had 22 points which this season would have us 16th - 6 points clear of the bottom 3.

We’re hardly Setting league one alight right now so I think we’d be really struggling in the championship.

After the first 17 we were in 15th on 22 points, by this time last year we were 1 point from safety, by the time he was sacked that'd grown to 3, by the time MM went that was 7.

Injuries and poor recruitment did for us, that was on the board as much as it was on him.

Bar Dembele (Maybe Rhodes & the Manager), there is nobody in the squad who is better than: Yates, Poveda, Bowler, Patino, Rogers or Fiorini. On their day, all of them would walk into this current side.

Possibly - but all except Jerry were loans. Charlie was good, Bowler not the man he was, Poveda hardly played (maybe not his fault but attitude in question) Fiorini LT injured, and Rogers was average. I reckon Norburn, Morgan, Kenny, the new Carey and others give us a better base in midfield. We just can't seem to impose ourselves on teams who keep 11 players on the pitch.
