Horrendous Website

its been whirling circles for days, I will wander down the shop and renew the old fashioned way at some point before the end of June
 
It worked very easily for me. Not sure if some haven't set the account up properly yet.
 
Just going to get my 10 year old niece to set up a website that will actually work, because it really is that easy… Unless you’re the tech people for Blackpool FC of course.
 
It’s worked well for me to be honest.

Re-registered, linked my old client reference and had no problems getting around the site.

Think existing tickets were held till 30th June.
 
After the initial stall on trying to re-register a couple of days ago, once that was sorted (waited a couple of hours, logged back in and it had fixed itself) the rest has been pretty easy. All paid up and ready for another season living the Tangerine dream :)

It does sound like trying to re-register then do the season ticket all today has some issues. Could be numbers trying to get on have overloaded the server, or it could just be crappy coding. Another point for the SLO to perhaps raise with the club and get them to do a review.
 
For those having issues with registering, have you tried calling the ticket office. I did the other day and all way sorted in a couple of minutes.
once registered and client reference linked, the season ticket purchase was very straightforward.
 
Bought mine easily enough - however it looks like I didn’t have the option to have my tickets posted out. Assume they can be picked up from the ticket office ASAP?
 
It's very strange, couldn't do it through Chrome or Edge on laptop, got the circle of doom, tried on mobile , straight through, tickets renewed. First time its ever worked , the old ticket master didn't like me much so most transactions were face to face or phone

Going back to basics and will pick up from the shop when I am in town next Friday.

This was mentioned on the other thread. You have to mark it as not spam and the link should appear
 
took me a while to do as the instructions seemed to be contradictory. but done it now and all linked up again.

wasnt a big fan of the old web site, seemed to be designed by someone who has no understanding of how to do basic user functionality and from what ive seen so far this ones worse. visually its truly horrible as well.
 
Surprised the club haven't made any announcement or apologies about how bad the website is. I gave up and will be phoning when quieter to renew mine. Feel sorry for the poor sods attempting individual ticket sales next season.

What are you using to try and register? What device, what browser? As some its working absolutely fine.
 
Won't let me. Mail went to spam and when I've tried to re register the mail doesn't appear.
Does the original email not have the link on it to click once moved to inbox?

I didnt have move mine.

Its very odd that some are smooth as butter and some cannot do it at all.

Crap timing by the club to have this issue.

I registered without any problem on my PC.

The verification email went into spam as warned. I then switched to the email on my phone to verify and the only oddity was that I had to complete the process on my phone. Otherwise it seems to be fine so far.

One thing that might be worth remembering is that the password now has to include not just words and numbers but also a punctuation mark or something similar. So if your old password didn’t but you’re still trying to use it that might be causing issues for some.
 
I've tried to renew my season ticket today and got so fed up with it I didn't bother. Just gonna have to go to the club and get them this week. Its a pile of shite.
 
I'm getting no further than it telling me it doesn't recognise me. Have sent for a change of password request, twice now, and it still hasn't recognised that either. Grrrrr.
 
I've registered new account with my TTV email and can access the club shop fine. However, I get a spinning circle when trying to access the ticket section to renew my season tickets. Anyone else had the same problem?
 
Yep. I’ve given up with it.. Going into the shop this week instead.

It's an absolute joke. The TTV and club shop sections recognise me, so my registration has obviously worked, but it won't let me spend hundreds of pounds to renew season tickets! Why release a site that obviously isn't fit for purpose?! The old ticket site worked fine.

Doesn’t work for me.Signed in then it recognises me but when I try to get season ticket it comes up Redirecting to partner platform.Circle of death for ever.

Yep, same for me. Im surprised the club haven't acknowledged it as it's been an issue for loads of people since it went live.
 
I always remember something SeasideKurt posted on here a while back and it stuck with me 95%(or it was something close to that) of problems are caused by the user and not the actual site you go on.

So with that in mind I had problems at first then I realized it was me and had to set up a completely new account with the same email now it works a treat.
