Help with X/Twitter

I can not access any of the links that refer to Twitter, I used be able too until I decided to actually join it but I can not access my account because when open it the home page comes up with a different username to mine and I can’t change it.

I have sent probably 20 emails to them and they keep coming back with links to help pages that simply do not help. They seem unable to grasp the fact that the homepage has a different username that I can not change.

When I was last back in the UK I got a replacement phone but it was a refurbished one so I wonder if it was the previous owners details, regardless it’s frustrating af, anyone got any ideas?

Delete the app and clear your phone browser history.
Then when you download the app it will ask for username and password. You can start again.
