Feelgood factor...

Hopefully that will creep over 1200 by Saturday. The lads need our support, the boost a good transfer window and FA Cup win needs to be capitalised on.

I've been behind the team for 69 years, through thick and very thin, not necessarily the owners though.

It does go to show how fickle some of our fans are though. Football is not like a video game, you can't turn it off when you're losing, You support them, come what may. I just wish I could still manage away games, I would be there like a shot.

Moon under Water JD wetherspoon, or The Oddfellows? The latter being the "designated" away pub on Football ground guide.
 
Really looking forward to 2nd half of season.
Last season teams doubled up on Bowler to negate our threat. Now they cannot do that with Bowler and Poveda
or Patino, Morgan, Carey, Yates will exploit the space

I actually think it's more than that these days - cost of living etc is paying a huge impact and Hull on Boxing Day was never a great fixture. We chose the Watford game as opposed to that one as just felt it would be a much better game. So, for me, nothing to do with support, more picking and choosing because I don't have the money to go to every game (and means I get to see some of my London 'Pool supporting mates).

I didn’t predict anything you did, you said anything above 1500 would be decent, it will be below that. all I said was 500 would be decent👍🏻that said I don’t know why in conversing with you, I’ve just noticed you couldn’t get a ticket for the Liverpool game 12 years ago ffs .

I think the feel good factor will only really return with back to back league wins.
If we can just sneak a win against Watford, I think Bloomfield Road will be bouncing for the Huddersfield game and the 12th man might make that happen.
Need a result tomorrow to keep the momentum going.

I think we win tomorrow. The tide seems to be turning amongst fans with the way this transfer window is going which has made me question a few things this week.

The main one being:

The tide seems to be changing with a good transfer window amongst fans, so did fans genuinely believe MA was the issue? Or was he being scapegoated to deflect away the failings of the board in Summer?

It’s not just about fickle.
Lot’s of tans already had this game pencilled in to go to as its a London trip for some.

Plus, as much as some think it’s a must go every week, football is an entertainment event and the feel good factor had been drained out of it, for a lot of fans.
