But you won’t, how funny would that beI hope next season we play them away first and they give us the full stand allocation then when we play them at BFC they get 10%. How funny would that be.

That's why I've no issue with our allocation on Tuesday the club decided to sell to home fans.No club in the country would prioritise away fans allocation at the expense of home fans being able to attend. Not one. As I've said before, I can't believe there is anyone who still thinks BFC did the wrong thing on the home game v PNE. The way PNE reacted is on them and not us - what would their fans say if they turned away Preston fans at Deepdale because they preferred to give Pool fans more tickets?

Don't forget the no serving of alcohol after the game kicked off also.We should do what Rangers do and give them 700.
And lock them in until the day after while police prod them with batons, after closing the bogs at half time.
Fuck em.

BUT-
If it was out of spite or
They didn't sell out(18,740 attendance given 4k empty seats?) Makes them look moronic.
To get fair TITD she answers the question comprehensively despite the repeated digs from nameless and despite being on annual leaveIf people answered the question instead of thinking you are answering it with other drivel, there would be no sniping. Answer the question or shut up.
You could have sold out though but you were too busy being childish and as a result children were unnecessarily exposed to injury as you sought to point scoreWe had a sell out against Liverpool with no segregation 21,400 yesterday there was 18740 with over 2,300 segregation you do the maths . 400 spare tickets
We had empty seat because of sky live coverage & season ticket holders who live away not attending . When the club heard it was on sky they gave quite a few refunds .
Not bad going for a night match on sky .
You could only dream of a crowd like that at Bloomfield
We can’t have 23,000 stop making things up
How do you know ? You might have a new chairman by then. But you won’t, how funny would that be

To be fair mate, it’s yet another “Woe are us” defensive style post from yet another BST committee member. To get fair TITD she answers the question comprehensively despite the repeated digs from nameless and despite being on annual leave
The fact is liaison took place
The police then rewrote the script and made a complete horlicks of it as we all saw - I like most didn’t leave the ground until 50mins after the end
Absolute joke
2300 segregation.
The steps were already in hand less than 36hrs after the game but because the statement hadn’t been issued the criticism was thereTo be fair mate, it’s yet another “Woe are us” defensive style post from yet another BST committee member.
I’ll acknowledge that some criticism (especially the more personal stuff ) seems to be unfair, but the continued accusations of “sniping” when people raise issues are growing a bit tiresome IMHO.
Of course, BST have responded today with a thread (a reactive response to criticism mind you), but communication and attention to these Blackpool Fan related issues has been poor.
It’s not a great look when the Trust are turning round their own failings and then blaming the messengers for highlighting them.
They didn't have the corner.... they had the NE right hand 2 blocks. In the home game we could have given the nobbers 3300 using up to half of the SE corner as we did with Blackburn and Middlesbrough and the gate would have been circa 15,000.
Kept them in at the end for 15/20 mins while all home fans cleared and let them out onto Bloomfield.
The gate could have been open then as well at the NE corner and would take a large proportion of home fans away quicker.
We could probably have had two sections of the NE side as well with extra portaloos and mobile food providers.
We utilised it in he Prem with far bigger teams than Preston visiting.
So the gate should have been nearer 16000.
They should start talking with Preston soon and fix arrangements for next year as we know we’re playing them twice again.
Both games this year the police made the games into a farce for all attending.
It really shouldn’t matter whether or not it’s the same person, Many of the issues being raised by that poster are relevant and should be addressed in a reasonable way.The steps were already in hand less than 36hrs after the game but because the statement hadn’t been issued the criticism was there
It’s always the same person as well who’s clearly pursuing an agenda
I think the criticisms come far too quick and from the same direction
You’re at it as well - a belated reaction in response to posts on here
48hrs ago we were still in the ground !!
You perhaps need to bear in mind most of the committee still work and we have to discuss what happened and the appropriate way to proceed before we take action
Maybe we should have broader shoulders but there are two or three posters on here just intent on having a go
Don’t get it
As best I can recall there were statements re the home and Brum fixturesIt really shouldn’t matter whether or not it’s the same person, Many of the issues being raised by that poster are relevant and should be addressed in a reasonable way.
It’s quite possible (I wouldn’t know due to the terrible communication) that BST are doing loads in the background, but we need to know about it.
The SLO had managed to communicate with fans on the issue and he doesn’t have several committee members at his disposal.
From my own perspective I’ll be frank… I’m absolutely pursuing an agenda and will continue to do so.
I want to see BST prioritising Blackpool Supporters, instead of getting sidetracked on National Football issues….I be want to see the Trust doing what it set out to do…
Instead we have turned into a recycled version of BSA, where the committte are adopting an overly sensitive approach and are guarded / defensive about any communication with fans in a public setting.
“Please email any issues to the secretary so we can keep them out of the public glare and brush them under the carpet” seems to be the order of the day … and anyone who doesn’t obey is harangued or accused of sniping or peddling an agenda.
As I said earlier, we’ve had nothing from BST relating to the disastrous home fixture or the Brum debacle. I had no idea that BST and others had regular meetings with the Police before / after games…We had a fan survey over 2 months ago and not so much as an update on the progress.
Instead of turning this around on those highlighting the issues, perhaps some ownership and the implementation of clear communication channels might be in order, so that Supporters know where to access BST related updates snd info.
(Just to add, this is written out of genuine frustration)
I realise that mate and I’m not expecting miracles, but this is clearly an issue. You can hear the frustration in the response from Christine and by the sounds of it lots is going on in the background, but you guys can’t expect us to know about it, if there’s no established means of communication. We only know what you tell us about what BST is up to.As best I can recall there were statements re the home and Brum fixtures
Most certainly I recall a lot of criticism from all quarters over the PNE game
The fact is though we can’t waive a magic wand
The match commander seems to have gone off piste Tuesday night
If you are that frustrated why not offer to assist rather than just criticise ?
Communicate with the fans, its not hard, twitter, facebook, avftt and other outlets. Whether BSA act the same I do not know.To get fair TITD she answers the question comprehensively despite the repeated digs from nameless and despite being on annual leave

Your last bit is why I said the same. They didn't have the corner.... they had the NE right hand 2 blocks.
As already mentioned the police didn't want pne fans any closer to the north given the ussue with throwing missiles etc in prior games to that area with Barnsley in particular, so in a high risk derby way more risk.
Also the whole keeping fans back we were told was against human rights. Yet we just knew those apparent human rights would disappear in the away game and they even stopped people going to the toilet, which isn't right, surely that's a human right.
We could and should open the north gate, makes sense to allow home fans away that way.
I said at the time we could have given them half the corner where they ended up anyway. Probably a couple hundred tickets. Plus 1 block of thr ne side, if we were allowed, which we weren't and also had 2 full blocks near the north for us with 1 full block in between for segregation.
Still further away than fans were in the south. But there were ridiculous ott policing and safety decisions that made little sense as said fans were close in the south but miles away in the north. No fans from the north or anywhere could move to the east, so it was fans who hadn't bought already so it could have been done.
But it wasn't deemed safe.
Something need to change for next season as currently marching fans past the north means no pool fans at all in the east.
But the solution has just landed, we've seen now they absolutely CAN hold fans back, so we CAN have the NE side and hold away fans back. If they try and say they can't then they are using complete double standards and will be called out on it.
I wouldn’t bet on itBut you won’t, how funny would that be
But we didn't give them the corner though was what I was saying.Your last bit is why I said the same.
If we can give Blackburn and Middlesbrough 3300 in the S E and south corner then we should be able to do the same with Preston and use the NE for more home fans in and getting close to 16000 at the game.
They then wouldn’t do tit for tat and give us the whole stand at dumpdale.
Infantile?I hope next season we play them away first and they give us the full stand allocation then when we play them at BFC they get 10%. How funny would that be.
So you admit you doing it at your place with none of the safety issues the police seemed to have at our place, capacity issues or crap east stand issues was infantile....Infantile?
Embarrassing and massively out of touch with the reality of what happened. They caused the situation. We put every accusation to Lancashire Police. You can find their response here.
Blackpool fans hit out at police after child left bleeding at PNE match
Seasiders supporters have been vocal in their criticism of policing operations this seasonwww.lancs.live
You was confident of getting the whole Kop this season.I wouldn’t bet on it
Bullying ? Clique ?No digs just a wholly relevant observation where BST with support from its FSA should have tackled this proactively earlier on in the season.
Just more bullying from the clique who try to manipulate supporters, try to control the committees and engagement process, and who think their entity is more important than allowing supporters to get to games safely.
Did I mention control of fans forums?
I was reacting to the comment. How funny would that be?So you admit you doing it at your place with none of the safety issues the police seemed to have at our place, capacity issues or crap east stand issues was infantile....
Interesting.
Probably, as your idiots would probably have gone home and not thrown wheelie bins, dog beds, pipe and other stuff over the police vans, meaning we wouldn't have had to stay penned in until they had gone.I was reacting to the comment. How funny would that be?
I suspect this would have been a much shorter thread if you’d scored a last minute equaliser.
Nothing to do with anything and point me to any meaningful reference I've made about Leeds Trust.Bullying ? Clique ?
Give over
You were simply challenged by me over your dig that the BST secretary and the BST committee members who are also national reps were AWOL regarding this issue , a continuation of your rather bizarre fixation with the former and your well-documented issues with the FSA which seemingly have nothing to do with BFC but rather your issues with the Leeds Trust and the FSA's failure to back you
The fact that you deliberately mis-name someone who had devoted a significant amount of time over a period of seven years to making things better for BFC fans says all I need to know about you MarkNothing to do with anything and point me to any meaningful reference I've made about Leeds Trust.
The awol comment was entirely relevant and fair because this was coming, and simply pointing the finger towards the SLO was simply laziness on BSTs and Christine Sedgwicks part.
If people want to go chasing their fan representation dreams with the FSA then fine, but its a dereliction of duty when Blackpool fans are being mistreated at away venues.
In my opinion anyway
