The bikes should classed as motorised vehicles ( same with electric scooters) and owners made to tax and insure them.

Back in 2017 London had 20000 thefts a year were a scooter and riders was involved, this was halved after police started ramming into suspects with their cars, and arresting them while they laid injured on the floor.

If 3 or 4 coppers spent a couple of weeks working nights on the cabs, they’d know where 90% of the heroine dealers were living.

Nope - they’re inundated with requests by the public to set up speed traps to get those motorists on remote A roads doing 68 on a 60 limit. Haven’t got time now to faff with drug dealers or nonces
