Reuters have just reported that despite the voting ending next week, a thief has broken into the Kremlin and stolen the official results.

Apparently this shows 115.3% of voters chose to become part of the Russian Federation

Crazy isn’t it - Russia invade the country and they think we will believe that the 99% majority want to now join Russia !

it had to be clear cut such as 98 or 99% cos when its a lot closer such as a 52/48 split, the ones on the losing side say its too close, invalid, and there should have been a say minimum of 60% to effect change. So it looks at least like Putin's learned from his experience (from when interfering with the Brexit referendum).
