If it's away from home and he's playing a 3-5-2 count me out!!

Neil Critchley states he is the right man to guide Blackpool forward- with his sights firmly set on making key improvements this summer following a disappointing end to the season.
When asked if he believed he was the right man to guide the club forward, Critchley responded: “Yeah, 100 percent, no doubt at all. I’m ready to go for next season, I want to start tomorrow. I wish we were playing again Monday. I don’t need a rest, I’ll be sick of being at home by Tuesday.
"We’ve got an important summer, I want to improve this football club- I’m passionate about the people and the supporters. We’ve got some big decisions to make on and off the pitch and I’m ready to go.
"I can assure you, on Monday morning, I’ll be ready. We need to get moving, and moving quickly. I’m keen to get going, I want to keep driving this football club to improve, and we need to improve.
"We’ve got a nucleus to go for next season, but when you come to the end of the window, you want to improve, you want to end in a better position than what you started.
"We’ve had a lot of change: new chief executive, new director of football, myself and the staff returning, and that takes time to find that little bit of stability on and off the pitch. This season gives us a platform to kick on and improve, and that’s what I want to do desperately.”

We’ve got a nucleus to go for next season
Grimmy, O'Donnell, Penno, Casey, Gabriel, Lyons, Morgan, Norbs, Carey, CJ, Finnigan, Joseph, Beesley, Kouassi and Apter

I certainly wouldn't re-sign Connolly, Virtue or Lavery and a bit unsure on Hubby and Marv will probably go.

Six of those above I'd say could move us forward next season (in bold), I'd loan Kouassi out and take offers for Beesely and CJ - I genuinely think the nucleus needs to be a bloody damn sight better than 6 players especially when 4 of our best players this season haven't been ours.

Holloway resigned at crystal palace for the good of the club and because he knew he’d reached the end of his abilities.
Nah, Holloway resigned because he got a better offer at CP and the Qystons couldn`t wait to get their greedy little hands on the money CP offered to buy out his contract rather than make any effort to keep him here. We were still challenging to get promotion from the Championship at the time.

Get young players in that are hungry and ambitious,,,signed ,,,stop relying on loanees every season ,,surely its not rocket science ,,,,but I guess next season ,will be same old same old ,,,getting in loanees ,,,no stability ,,,no ambition ,,,no idea ,,,

Haven’t we also got Thompson and Holmes?

Also if we want to move youth forward we have Moore, Mariette and Miles who should be pushing for first team starts too.

A dire coach whose squad could play every Monday for years - and still flop.

I think many overestimated this squad. Just not enough quality, leadership and physical presence in it. And our lack of shots on target and finishing has been poor and inconsistent, compounded by some poor defensive errors. Being realistic, after the previous season's shit show ,on and off the pitch, this season was likely to be a period of consolidation and very few teams go straight back up.
The next season is really the make or break for me and the test for NC, the test for the ambition of SS regarding squad investments and the capabilities of the recruitment team. I would also like to see an experienced number 2 to NC.

The sooner he gets potted and fucks off to ruining Crewe the better.

Aside from the majority of fans who are sick of his one dimensional boring football, there are increasing stories of unrest among the players and a complete lack of unity among the squad. If Sadler thinks that's a recipe for promotion next season he is delusional.

At Palace

He resigned when he was Crystal palace manager and replaced by Tony pulis

Which stories?

There is bullshit posted on here that is all.

Zero actual evidence of unrest.

I think those players who are causing unrest will be gone. They’ll be the ones we don’t want to lose.
