All - this went up on UTMP this morning. I hope it is sufficiently edited, structured and insightful for AVFTT's liking! It focuses on how Blackpool have the same attacking structure as many of the world's top sides (Southgate's England in particular).
A large part of why I write is because I want to learn more about the game of football, and then to share that with others. There are so many layers and ways to enjoy the game - from the "away-day experience" content that Lee Charles and Jane put out, to the irreverence of Mitch Cook's Left Foot.
The layer I know and enjoy best is the tactical/statistical layer, and my hope is that people will read this stuff, be able to connect what they're seeing on the pitch to the principles and ideas laid out - and find enjoyment in that extra bit of understanding.
No matter how you enjoy football - I hope everyone enjoys the Milwall game today! UTMP!
