As you may be aware...
Hong Kong’s securities watchdog started criminal proceedings against Segantii Capital Management Ltd on Thursday May 2nd 2024, along with its founder Simon Sadler and former trader Daniel La Rocca over alleged insider dealing.
It is impossible for BST to understand the implications of this currently, hence why we have requested a meeting with our Club to find out what we can, and offer our help in anyway.
We will keep you updated as soon as we know more.
