Am a season ticket holder trying to buy tickets, but "This event not yet available to you" displays on TM site. Any advice?

Spoken to the ticket office and they are aware of the eticketing website problem. Bought tickets over the phone instead

Beyond belief that Ticketmaster is a global business that never gets anything like a smooth operation. How can tickets on sale at 10.00am not actually be on sale then?

Yet they cream off a load of loot for the pleasure!

Ticketmaster still not working at 1240. Managed to get through to the ticket office - polite, professional and efficient service as always- 5 tickets purchased. Think this will be a great atmosphere.
