Blackpool v West Brom Official FA Cup Matchday Thread 09.01.21

Not a lot, but he came to cut out crosses and corners and made better use of his height. Tell me the last time Maxwell did the same, just stays on his line. That’s one of the reasons we concede so many from set plays.
Well what if you send a note into our goal keeping coach, you know him, Steve Banks our previous short keeper, and give them some much needed advice, eh? 😉

Dont care who I upset...

Turton is nowhere near good enough for a side with aspirations to go up

Lubala was abysmal apart from his assist

Ward was fantastic...Madine superb

Use of subs again very very poor...they brought 4 on to rescue the game...should have been Virtue earlier (he has done well) and Kai kai much earlier...kemp wasnt great and Lubala was very very poor bar his assist
Partly agree, partly disagree. I think Turton still has a job to do.

Mitchell coming on Husband to the middle. And that's with Thorniley on the bench, doesn't look good for his chances.

What makes you think your gonna upset anyone😁

Fair point poolfc - Thorniley on the bench but not getting on would suggest he is out of the reckoning with Critch. I'm not feeling comfortable with that switch, hopefully my fears are unfounded.

Virtue started by putting the ball in the net and with each shot is getting further away 🙄
