Anyone remember that night match? I think they had Mark Chamberlain on the right wing, athletic and whipping in crosses. He went on to play for England.

I think that was maybe why the disappointment was so great. It seemed like the early season hope deflated somewhat with this defeat!I was in the South too. We'd started the seaon ok winning home games and drawing away games. This was the game that kickstarted a season of mediocrity. Mark's brother was called Neville.
