Betting Odds Saturday…..

Most bookies have Blackpool in the region of 5/1 to win. I backed us last night with SkyBet at 21/4 so slightly better. A win should cover the beer and Indian for the day!

Am I missing something? Have they signed Mbappe mid week or something? We have won 5/7 games and 2/3 away games.

Strange odds. Has anyone else had a flutter? Is there a reason for these odds or is it just the Bookies thinking they’re a bigger club?

It could be that, from a bookies dispassionate point of view, they reckon it’s unlikely we will add another win to a run of 6 wins in 9. Most good runs in the Championship don’t tend to extend this long.

They may be thinking we have beaten some relatively poor teams (we are looking at you Nobbers) and this is a step up.

But 21/4 does seem remarkably generous…I would have us at under 3/1…really looking forward to the day.

The bookies are never wrong……unless in our case. 11/2 on bet365 which to me is way over priced, Would of had us at 10/3-7/2 ish. Cardiff at only 3/1 to win away at Stoke and look at their league placings and form.
