There's little to be arrogant about. Northern Hemisphere teams have consistently been found wanting when it really matters. Only 1 NH World Cup and a big fat zero in the NH itself. Wales just aren't good enough and I don't think England are either. Ireland have blown it big style with their "golden generation", which just leaves France. Starting to look like an all Southern Hemisphere final - hope I'm wrong but I doubt that I will be.
