Just having a general peruse of the attendances for the first and second division . Is it just me or , in general , have attendances improved quite a bit.
Top attendance in div. 1 today , predictably , Derby at just over a ridiculous 27000 . Lowest? Just below the 4,000 mark .
Top in the second division , as per usual , Bradford. Just under 17000 How resigned , ticked off must their fans be ? We've had a middling season and thousands? have burnt next seasons season tickets already..as it were .
Lowest? Not quite sure as very irritatingly , The B.B.C only put assorted attendances up , anyway about the 3500 mark . (Crawley probably )
I seem to recall Rochdale , Accrington , Grimsby et al getting virtually no one though the turnstiles . As recently as 2018/19 average league 2 attendances were seemingly less than 2000 .
Are clubs better run or just better marketing . What is our potential with clever marketing , better communication
