As this is a test event - Due to track & trace requirements & the fact the football club will be under close scrutiny, I hope the club would take the season ticket off anyone caught selling / passing their ticket on.
One of the conditions covers the situation of anyone who is unable to attend - ie contact the ticket office so another supporter can be chosen.

I certainly hope not there are three thousand who have already paid for Saturdays game and should be first in line not someone after making a few quid.
Can't go give it back to the club.

It's the person who sells the ticket who is in the wrong for this test event especially if it's to make cash off someone they don't know.
Give it back to the club and you might be lucky.
