if it's Forest Green, will the club have to compromise on its catering and offer vegan options in the ground?
Yeah...close but no cigarYou’ve got it but at home
I hope it's on TV. I'm out on the lash in Lancaster on the Saturday. As Scarborough is my local town team I've 2 reasons to hope that Scarborough win the replay, my main team is Huddersfield and with Rhodes there onloan would be great to get to Blackpool, if Scarborough did progress I think it would make a tv game with 2 seaside towns going at it
Not a cat in hell's chance it's on TV even if's it's SA.As Scarborough is my local town team I've 2 reasons to hope that Scarborough win the replay, my main team is Huddersfield and with Rhodes there onloan would be great to get to Blackpool, if Scarborough did progress I think it would make a tv game with 2 seaside towns going at it
It’s ok lads I Googled itWho is it?
No chance of getting a good gate. Home fans, even at a tenner (will be £15+) will number 6/7000, tops. Actually 5000 will be closer.Good draw, make it a tenner and fill it.
Afterall, it's a bonus game as we don't often get drawn at home anyway.
I fly back from Spain on the Saturday, so hope its televised for the Sunday, then I might make itI hope it's on TV. I'm out on the lash in Lancaster on the Saturday.
I think gate receipts are shared, so you'd have to get the agreement of the other team. Can't see either going for silly pricing. Why not do £10 a ticket and a quid a kid might make a big difference to the gates
Tell ‘em to eat a meat pie like normal folk, ffsif it's Forest Green, will the club have to compromise on its catering and offer vegan options in the ground?
There’s at least 5 ahead of us, even if its SA.It will be nailed on for TV if it's Scarborough
Don’t be silly. They’ll just eat the pastry.Tell ‘em to eat a meat pie like normal folk, ffs
200 miles is the distance of Forest Green if we draw at home against them.So basically nothing further south than Bristol!!!
It's the end of the sentence that's the flaw in this suggestionCould give thousands of tickets to the ladies, ladies junior teams and kids teams, as long as accompanied by a responsible ST holder.
Sometimes it's about doing the right thing so as many people can attend as possible. It's about the appeal of the game too and a game like that will never attract a full house. But it can be priced to attract more than it would at a higher price. The amount of money would probably be negligible. No chance of getting a good gate. Home fans, even at a tenner (will be £15+) will number 6/7000, tops. Actually 5000 will be closer.
And I hope they don't try to market the game as some sort of 'priced for the fans' game, or somert similar, because it will fail and then that will be the excuse not to try again.
Yep.Sometimes it's about doing the right thing so as many people can attend as possible. It's about the appeal of the game too and a game like that will never attract a full house. But it can be priced to attract more than it would at a higher price. The amount of money would probably be negligible.
