Well-known member
1 permanent signings namely dom thompson andcallum wright not good so far
dont see how dom thomson is viewed as better than reece james and callum wright re matt virtue
liam bridicut injured

2 loan signings
carlie patino started very well but has struggled of late needs an experienced pro alongside
rhys williams no better than what we already have
lewis forini injured
jan poveda lacks either consistency or a run in the team
theo corbenau good impact sub

3 players missed
richard keoght he was experienced head a talker and organiser who helped others
josh bowler created so much space for others

4 manager
results first half of 22/23 ok to good
since october awful
hasnt got the players for the system he prefers
playing key players out of position
too negative in his demeanour and his public presence
to be fair to himit was a poison chalice re timing

5 owner cheif/executive
the 2 have to be judged together
signing strategy not good
too slow to replace critchley
long term strategy still good
in time of trouble need more communication and visibility

6 injuries
in short too many
stewart
anderson
bridicut
forini
combination of bad luck and known risk

7 the team and players
nobody can criticise work rate spirit and never give in approach
some have done well connelly thornley madine and yates for 2/3 months
however appleton must be destroying likes of shane lavery playing out of position

8 supporters
in main still good
we are all impatient
all have our views on manager and players
we have to get behind team manager and owner the 3 are totally inter related

9 likely transfer activity in january
try and get out on loan thompson/callum wright
get one of kev stewart/bridicut fit and play along patino
play 4 4 2 and stop playing people out of position
recall thame and virtue
get lubalu back out on loan
give some of our younger development players occassional game time
if we get a striker in need to get a striker out
give lyons a run
have a real go at the fa cup

I love the conclusion.

Let's win the ** cup.

C'mon Pool!!!!
It was 70 years ago in May
Joe Smith had got the team to play
They'd been going in and out of style
But were guaranteed to raise a smile
So let me introduce to you
The club we've known for all these years
Simon Sadler's famous Blackpool gang.
