13 from 15 in April.

Why do we always start a season so badly with Critchley in charge?
He said he deliberately doesn’t over- train the players in the summer, ‘so they aren’t knackered by October’.
Better to finish the season well rather than run out of steam on April like many teams do.
Also we weren’t able to get Dembele and Rhodes in until late August which was obviously a big factor this season (just as Dougall and Stewart were late arrivals in the last promotion season).

We had weak points in midfield and left back, Coulson and Byers brought in by Critch sorted that. After last seasons shit show wrong to expect us to start well.
He did it in his first time with us and the start of the Championship season too. It's hardly a one off, that's a 100% record and something that needs to be addressed next season. You can't count last season that was shit at the start, middle and end and he wasn't here!!

That’s 26 points from the last 13 games.
All bodes very well for next season whichever division we’re in. Exciting times to be a Blackpool fan.
There’s another L1 team in fine form as well. Exeter are flying, only losing once in the last 11 games.

Lincoln playing Pompey with last day nerves and shaky Barnsley are under immense pressure…believe 🍊

Beesley and Lavery really put
a shift in today but if I'm critical they probably lack a bit of quality, two better strikers in the squad and we would've nailed down a play off place weeks ago!
But we've got what we've got and can't fault the effort so lets hope it's enough.

He is good at teasing out the miserable and downtrodden early in the season.

It gives the more upbeat fans the chance to bump ridiculous drama queen posts when it hits April 👍😂
“He needs to go before Xmas or we’ll end up in Div2” (here we are now one game away from the playoffs)
