Unsung hero: Connolly.

Win of this season: Fulham (H)

Goal of the season: Bowler vs Bournemouth

Player of the season: Big Marv

Signing of the season: Keogh or Lavery. Hmm. Given he’ll be a big player in years to come hopefully I’ll go Lavery.

Surprise performer: Keogh another contender but I’m going to go Grimshaw.

Underwhelming performer: I’m not sure there’s been one unless I’ve forgotten.. possibly Dale given how positive his debut was and very little has followed.

With Connolly, there is a fair bit of "singing" about him now so it might not ring true for him. Husband always puts a shift in and goes without much praise and perhaps Thorniley deserves a mention for always coming in when needed and doing a job
