Just been thinking and there wasn't even a hint of this happening. Tight lipped ship or what, hope some others come flying out of nowhere in the next 11 days.

Again.... the last one wasn't too bad, despite coming from a football wasteland at the end of the M58 at the time. Welcome young Ellis.Walking in an Ellis wonderland
His age comes into it, under 21. I wish him the best but won't be surprised if he finds league1 a big step up.
Another sign that this season is a write off.
Some reports say he can be lazy and no left peg. Big jump to league1 but good luck to him.The video clips are amazing. He can run at the defence and shoot from distance, as well as poach goals close to goal. Of course, he won't score as many goals in League One as at youth level, but he obviously has a good football brain and the technical skills to go with it.
This is an excellent loan deal.
Gives you something to mull over and reply toI like your style. Start from your preferred position of doom and gloom and then work backwards.
Clips I have seen don't make him look like a target man.Lets hope there is another more experienced target man following in his footsteps just in case Madine falls foul of the law again or gets injured.
You've forgotten Sorenson already, have you?How does signing a promising young striker with an unbelievable goal scoring record in youth football mean this season is a write off?
A big step up to league1 level. He certainly looks like a good finisher off that first clip, very calm under pressure.
Nobody is Anybody Mk2.Looks like a panic signing to me. Underwhelmed if he’s the only striker we bring in. Hope he prove me wrong but looks like nuttall mk:2
If he's fit start him Saturday never mind as a sub give Madine a rest.Loads of positivity about this loan, how many appearances off the subs bench before we decide he's shit ?
All I want to know after reading that is, why does that board have emojis and we don’t.A view from an Everton forum.Homepage Article - Ellis Simms Joins Blackpool
Ellis Simms has joined Blackpool on loan. https://www.grandoldteam.com/2021/01/20/ellis-simms-joins-blackpool/www.grandoldteam.com
I would guess his career will be finished by his next birthday according to a few on here.Loads of positivity about this loan, how many appearances off the subs bench before we decide he's shit ?
How did he do last night? Is he better than Kyle Vassell?
He'll have his chance and I wish him luck. He'll need it playing under Critchley...there are reasons why we've only scored 21 goals in 21 games...lack of creativity. For God's sake give the lad a chance.
Anthony Evans last Everton loanee?Looks a promising signing and an impressive scoring record, could be a very shrewd move this one.
Lets hope it turns out better than the last striker we loaned from Everton, the Greek god himself Vellios!

I can comment as I please, so get used to it, or ignore it. The choice is yours.Out of interest, when you heard about us signing Simms did you fire up the internet with the purpose of posting negative comments on here, scouring social media for the odd negative comment from Everton fans and also with the intent on using this thread to slag off the team/Critchley?
We need goals and we've signed a striker. Yeah, it's a risk and a step up, but seems a bit purposely contrarian to be posting this kind of stuff in multiple threads when you haven't seen a single minute of him playing.
Honestly, just block him, it's far easier.Out of interest, when you heard about us signing Simms did you fire up the internet with the purpose of posting negative comments on here, scouring social media for the odd negative comment from Everton fans and also with the intent on using this thread to slag off the team/Critchley?

Not written off, but it's a big step up as the likes of Sorensen and Nuttall found out. No doubt it's a stop gap until the usual Pool summer transfer merry go round.Welcome to Bloomfield Road Ellis. I would suggest you don't read this board as some have already made their minds up about you and won't change them. So get in there, do your best and ignore the saddos on here who haven't yet seen you but have already written you off. I really hope you prove them wrong.

To be honest when I first looked at the thread heading I thought it was about that little Para Olympic swimmer Elllie Simmonds!Out of interest, when you heard about us signing Simms did you fire up the internet with the purpose of posting negative comments on here, scouring social media for the odd negative comment from Everton fans and also with the intent on using this thread to slag off the team/Critchley?

No, why do you see it that way? I say it how I see it just as I did when we signed Kemp and Woodburn. I faced similar criticism on here when I gave my views on them...and I was right. I see this signing as a stop gap until our usual summer transfer merry go round kicks in.I know, that wasn't what I was getting at - in fact I asked you a question. More trying to figure out if you sign on and spend your time being purposely contrarian at the drop of news, despite being the age that you are and a longtime fan of the club.
Nuttall couldn't hack it at Blackburn or out on loan.Sorensen - fair, but we have since improved the scouting set up. Nuttall had made 28 senior appearances for Blackburn across League One and the Championship. What was the big step up? Yes it hasn't quite worked out for him here at current, but I think you're just looking for examples to back up your negative POV with that one.
Anthony Evans last Everton loanee?
He wasn't much cop either.
