Matt Le-Tissier

He strikes me as a decent man. He always has done. I don't agree with every view he has but there is no law that says I have to. However, there should be laws against trolls making people's lives a misery, just because they disagree about something and the opportunity they see because their victim happens to have made a name for himself.
 
I've some sympathy with him - Twitter in particular is a hate-filled environment which has a certain fatal fascination at its most awful.

You might not agree with his views, but he is entitled to them and they are hardly extreme, are they? We all put up with far, far worse every day on here.
 
Social media is the Devil. Yet we all still participate. Well lots of us anyway.
 
He might have had a little too much to think regarding covid and got a little bit too far down the rabbit hole, but if is what he genuinely believes then that`s ok. He may be proved right, who knows?

It is also right that his view should be challenged respectfully, but the chances of that happening on twitter is as likely as Le Tissier tracking back in the 90th minute...
 
Good for him. The usual wankers will be trying to get him cancelled now but he sounds quite prepared for that.

He is not telling anybody what to do he is merely suggesting people question things they are being fed through official channels.

Is he saying he now has some mental health problems?
I have seen some of the 'remarks' he has made in the media and some are very..... 1 + 1= A Carrot & WTF!!!!

Social media has a lot to answer for.
 
I read tweets when people link to them but wouldn’t dream of having an account and posting stuff on there. It’s a 24/7 moral crusade/witch-hunt by and large.
