Agree think he would be a decent coach though. He's a very nice man, probably too nice to be a footballer.
He's sounds like he's been a real student of the game and has quite simply taught himself how to score goals.
Enjoying life at Blackpool and very complimentary about his team mates.
He claims what happens in January is out of his hands.
Very much so.Agree think he would be a decent coach though.
See what happens in Jan but he could be the difference on an 8 million windfall on promotion. Do not think we would lose him to any side not in the north as home life is important to him.
Also complementary on Critch and likened him to Bowyer
He can't play for anyone other than us or Huddersfield this season.Agree think he would be a decent coach though.

Yes sign him on a 1 plus 1A very grounded, philosophical, mature young man.
A cliché yes but he speaks very well indeed.
A 'natural' goalscorer, who works hard in training to be so natural
I personally think he'll stay for the rest of the season, would we sign him IF we were promoted seeing as Huddersfield have farmed him out ?
Great interview, comes across as a lovely intelligent family man.
Enjoying life here, playing & scoring, so why would he want to return in Jan to sit on bench. Hopefully stays
Wages would be a problem for a perm deal. I think they'll recall him if, as seems likely he'll have topped 15 by then, maybe 18/19. They'd be foolish not to.First and foremost, what a lovely bloke. Humble and totally unassuming.
He will have a say in what happens in January but you get the sense he's not one to stamp his feet or demand a move. Hopefully between Jordan, Huddersfield and Blackpool they can sort something that is best for all parties, particularly Jordan.
Until then, let's just enjoy someone who is a master of his craft, scoring goals.
If he's not actually played for Huddersfield is that right ?He can't play for anyone other than us or Huddersfield this season.
Think he played for them in the league cupIf he's not actually played for Huddersfield is that right ?
Can't work out if he has played or not
Gary Bowyer has worked him in the past, and he recently said on radio lancs that Jordan Rhodes is such a nice man, that you'd be delighted for your daughter to be engaged to.....or words to that effect. What a nice bloke , very humble , family oriented. Says he’s the happiest he’s been for a long time!
Thanks for posting the link. Really enjoyed that what a genuine top bloke.Great interview. Link below. Is it just me or does he have a touch of the Critches about him? A little whistful. Similar eyes and nose.
