Resigned from the Northern Premier League and all cup competitions for next season. With their social club closed (their main source of income) and no other ticketing income they feel they have no option. Others may be similarly affected by covid

I'm very sorry about this. I've watched them a number of times at Fleetwood in the old NPL and probably in the Lancashire Combination as well. I hope they can come back.

A great little ground and facility. Covid is going to change a hell of a lot of things.

Absolutely bizarre when the self appointed leader of the revolution ie Andy Welsh at FC United decided the area needed another lower level club,and organised the necessary funding to make his rather futile point.
Its affected Droyslden and possibly Curzon but they could quite easily have been picked as the designated community club.

Bernard Manning's son was Chairman there, I imagine having his Dad on when he was alive filled the clubhouse quite often.
