Initially you could argue that both countries did badly.
In the last month Scotland has had 1 death. This suggests they have got their act together.
Boris Johnson's England has had 62 deaths PER DAY on average. I think those statistics speak for themselves as regards the competence gap between Johnson and Sturgeon.
