Fine margins of course but ultimately that’s football. There’s lots of cliches in football but one of the only ones that holds true is that the league table never lies. We were 8th virtually all season.

Yes we’ve underachieved. No we shouldn’t have “easily” made the top 6 with this group of players. People keep saying that without providing any explanation for their reasoning.

Not really. It’s possible that we finished exactly where we should’ve based on the quality of our squad. Just a completely average season.
