Already confirmed that the phone is set to UK. Good idea re. the WiFi. Unfortunately it made no difference running of mobile data. I’ll speak to someone in the shop to see if they can help. Thanks
I’ve just changed my mobile, and can no longer get the BFC app, yet I’ve got it on my iPad. The phone says it’s not available in my country or region. I can still get on eticketing through safari. Any techies on here who can help? Thanks
