He's 22 and he needs regular starts and a chance to shine. Who knows, maybe the next Ryan Hardie or Owen Dale who just doesn't fit in with Critchley's world and needs to be loaned to find confidence.

We do go off one result at a time however I think the current poll results reflects the season rather than one game and a straw poll of my mates (about 10 of us) actually has Critchley Out a lot higher than 70%
