Your last concert

November 2019 Fontaines DC.
Booked for whenever they can tour next.
I’m 62 and seen a few bands but this was still one of the best I’ve been to

Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain The Keeper Tour at the Birmingham Symphony Hall about 4 or 5 years ago. Performing songs from the Cecil Sharp songbook.
The Mrs went to the Rod Stewart Concert at the Molineux a couple of years ago.

Usually go to about 50 gigs a year . . alas only went to 8 in 2020 . . last one was The Mission in Lisbon 12 March.

Don't do big concerts very often (to detached) but let me think ahh Lytham Proms the Chic one 🙄 last band indoors was Flip who are fantastic.

Membranes in Liverpool I think. Or Dean McPhee in Lancaster. Can't remember which came last.

Lee Scratch Perry, November 2019 Brewery Arts Centre Kendal. Great venue, the stage is basically floor level, intimate enough for him to groove and share some ‘ Bob Hope’ with you! Hero of Heroes!🇯🇲
It’s a great venue. Seen loads there. Last was the Monochrome Set and before that ACR.

Lytham Proms July 2019.
All 5 days.
Human League, China Crisis, Heather Small, Sterophonics, Wet wet wet, Sophie Ellis Bexter, Kylie Monogue, Rod Stewart, Sheridan Smith and the Vicar out of Corrie.

Isle of Wight festival 2019
Noel Gallagher, Courteeners, James, Gerry Cinnamon, George Ezra, Bastille, Madness, Richard Ashcroft, Biffy Clyro to name quite a few.

U2 Manchester MEN Arena 2018

It’s a great venue. Seen loads there. Last was the Monochrome Set and before that ACR.
He’s Frank: saw em about 1980 at the Russell Club or Rafters maybe, in Manny, the mind gets clouded after so many years, never got to see ACR though. Scratch loves performing there as he was born in Kendal, Jamaica think it amuses him! It has the feel of going to a gig years ago at a small venue but obviously a more modern building, hopefully it will open its doors again sometime this year.

Last gig I was MEANT to attend was Kasabian at Victoria Park in Leicester summer 2020.

Friday night was an England group stage game in the Euros as well, what a bloody weekend that was going to be.

Supergrass with The Coral supporting, Manchester Victoria Warehouse last Feb. It's fine venue despite being right next to Manure's home patch.

Nov 19 Machine Head at the 02 Vic Warehouse, Manchester. 3 1/2 hour set and I was bruised from the circle pits.

Urgh I miss going to gigs 🤘🤘

Lynyrd Skynyrd (well, just Gary Rossington from the original line up),
Plus Status Quo (well, just Francis Rossi from the original line up -there seems to be a pattern here 🤪 )
MEN June 2019

Saw Midge Ure at the grand and Elvis at the winter gardens but thought they were well before 2020. Yeh both of the ones I went to must have been before then!!

From the Jam at the lowther pavilion
OMD at Apollo Manchester

Shit, this pandemic has made me lose all track of time😜

Richard Thompson, Gawsworth Hall.

Outdoor concert on a beautiful summer`s evening with the Hall as a backdrop.

Seems a long time ago...
