I would somehow doubt if we'd take 5k less to the West Ham game than we took to the Cardiff game because the fan base had extended a lot by then thanks to the year in the Prem.
If you ask me what I want for next season, it's a team that will entertain but you have confidence in.
I loved that side maybe more than the 2009 side and had no doubts at all we'd get promotion with them.
I agree about the complacency - we hardly imposed ourselves against Burton, were dull against Exeter, Vale and Leyton Orient (12 shots on target in 3 games) and maybe showed our true colours against Lincoln. Was a really, really poor start.
Interesting when you look back on the season that we took 20 points against the Top 6 and 23 against the Bottom 6!
Not much difference between the two and there were a lot of dropped points (13) against the bottom 6.
Showed we're not a million miles away from being in the Top 6 but we can't...
Have just checked and the last article or any mention on line of Mr Winter was last July.
I recall seeing him in a video around the time he arrived but since then radio silence.
Not that I expect Mr Winter to be an all singing, all dancing CEO but has he nothing to say in the last 12 months?
