Another young prem player we should be looking at who Critch should know all about is Louie Barry from Villa. He is primarily a striker only 20 and done very well out on loan scoring and making goals and one who I think we could buy and sell on in later years.

Watching Southampton dominate Ipswich. There are very impressive. There first team coach is Colin Calderwood who we could have done with this season. The football served up this year second time around has been very poor to watch and to stomach.

Our biggest problem is we don't create chances and we never look look like scoring. A very poor recipe indeed because league 1 this year was there for the taking.

I sometimes feel we are playing with 10 men and even 9 maybe due to poor team selections. The irony of it in my opinion, is this happens most weeks and it is very frustrating. Just because you're a top coach it doesn't make you a top manager.
