He could take on a loan manager role which seems to be a popular way of managing the same situation at the top level. Ideally, he could also start coaching with the first team strikers as their movement and interplay was bloody awful last season.
It's a great job for an up & coming manager. One of the biggest budgets in league one and the best fan base if things are going well and we play attacking football.
Wellens if he's up for it. Wild is a good shout but not sure how his style of play would go down with our fanbase.
