That’s a fair way from the M61!Heading to Canada for the first time - usual tourist places. Always fancied living there and so who know where it might lead!

Had a month in Canada 15 years ago and the West side is certainly more spectacular. The journey from Vancouver along the Fraser river valley into the Rockies and onto the prairies is fantastic. The mountains, rivers, lakes, glaciers are all 'at scale'. If you are going to Banff, make sure you go up the cable car to the mountain top. The 360 degree view is fantastic. Also recommend going up to walk on a glacier in the Rockies, chances to see a lumberjack at work / climb trees, the wildlife (although we didn't get to see a moose), the Canadian Indian heritage. Enjoy.Three weeks in Canada in July. Watched Race across the world last year and liked the look of the West Side, so starting in Vancouver and finishing in Calgary.
